PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retrieval information generator, by which a user to try to retrieve information can more easily and exactly obtain information desired by himself/herself. SOLUTION: This retrieval information generator extracts another registered user related to a retrieving user out of registered users (3). The presence/absence of correlation between concern information 'Y' of the relevant registered user and user retrieval information 'X desired to know' is judged and when the presence of correlation is judged, on the basis of the user retrieval information 'X desired to know' and the concern information 'Y', retrieval information is generated. The generated retrieval information is transmitted to each of retrieval servers (4). Retrieved result information is shaped corresponding to the request of the user and transmitted to the retrieving user (7). When the result of retrieval executed by the retrieval server is received, on the basis of the retrieved result information, the retrieval information generator updates its own concern information. The retrieving user can obtain the exact information in respect to user retrieval information (8).
