PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat radiating effect of the movable coil of a linear motor. SOLUTION: The movable coil 1 is made up of a multilayered board 14 of four layers, and a plurality of coils 13 among of spiral conductor patterns are formed in parallel on each layer. The coils 13 of each layer and electrically connected through insulating layers 12 through the use of through-holes.
