The mechanism includes a switching mechanism (12) in the form of an artificial, fast element for forcibly increasing the operating force of the operating element (5) in the middle of a stroke of an on-movement of the contact. The switching mechanism has a convex projection (11) which moves in synchronism with the operating element.
