GREEN LIGHT EMITTING PHOSPHOR AND CATHODE-RAY TUBE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a green light emitting phosphor which can reduce a flicker phenomenon and minimize an eye fatigue resulting from long-time viewing and working, and a cathode-ray tube using the same. CONSTITUTION: The green light emitting phosphor consists of any one phosphor selected from the group consisting of ZnS:Cu, Au, Al or ZnS:Cu, Al, and InBO3:Tb phosphor. The amount of the InBO3:Tb is 40-90 wt% based on total weight of the phosphor. The phosphor further comprises Zn2SiO4:Mn. The amounts of InBO3:Tb and Zn2SiO4:Mn are 40-80 wt% and 10-30 wt% respectively.
