PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in costs and conservation of resources by forming integrally an envelope for receiving an order, a photographic film, and a case for storing a photograph which have been used. SOLUTION: A slip column 3 is printed on the surface of a bag 1, into which a developed photographic film and a photograph can be put, and a set of copying slips 4 are disposed on the column 3, and one side of the set of slips is affixed to the bag 1 to constitute a DP bag.
