摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable canceling flow rate pulses which are outputted due to pressure fluctuation. SOLUTION: This flow rate pulse monitor 17 is equipped with a pulse interval detecting part 20 for detecting the pulse interval of flow rate pulses, a judging part 21 of fluid to be measured which judges whether fluid to be measured moves, and a flow rate integrating part 22 which integrates flow rate pulses, when it is judged that movement of fluid is present and cancels flow rate pulses when it is judged that movement of fluid is not present. The judging part 21 judges whether the flow rate pulses are valid or invalid on the basis of a pressure increase ratio when a pressure monitoring system is selected, and judges whether the flow rate pulses are valid or invalid on the basis of pulse intervals, when a pulse interval monitoring system is selected. The flow rate pulse integrating part 22 integrates only the flow rate pulses, which is measured when city gas is flowing, and outputs the result to a pressure correcting device 19.
