PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling screen device capable of providing ventilation and a fine view. SOLUTION: A first winding shaft 1 incorporating a tensile mechanism is joined with a longitudinal one end of a long screen 3 and respective one ends of a pair of cords 4 are joined with the other end. The respective other ends of the cords 4 are joined with a second winding shaft 2 incorporating a drive mechanism. If the long screen 3 has different light shielding states, a various shielding states can be materialized by sliding the long screen 3 and the ventilation and fine view can be provided by completely winding up the long screen 3 by the first winding shaft 1.
