PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new thienopyrimidine compound and method of preparing the same, useful for medicine especially for cGMP-PDE inhibitor. SOLUTION: This compound (a) is a thienopyrimidine compound expressed by general formula (1) and its pharmaceutically permissible salt, and a method of preparing the same. [Q is a group expressed by (CH2)m-Z-(CH2)n, Z is O, S, SO2, C(C=O), C(=O)Nr1 or the like. R1 is H, a 1-6C alkyl group. R2 is a (substituted) 3-8C cycloalkyl group, a (substituted) phenyl group. R3 is a (substituted) saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic group including 1 to 4 N, O or S, or a group expressed by (CH2)kC(=O)R4 or CH=CHC(O)R4. R4 is hydroxyl group, a 1-6C alkoxy group, a (substituted) phenoxy group, a (substituted) benzyloxy group or the like].
