ON-VEHICLE PROFILE SYSTEM AND DRIVING ENVIRONMENT SETTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce setting operation for the equipment of a vehicle such as a seat position, an air conditioning temperature, a door mirror angle and the like, and to give comfortable driving environment to all of occupants by taking not only a driver's seat but a front passenger seat as the subject of setting operation. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle profile system is provided with a means for storing favorite diving environment set by the respective occupants in the respective seats (driver's seat, a front passenger seat) of the vehicle as profile information on each occupant in an IC card 10, and a means for reading out the profile information of the occupant from the IC card 10 and controlling each equipment 40 of the vehicle to set the occupant's favorite driving environment. The profile information includes priority information, whereby when plural occupants are present, setting of each equipment 40 is performed with priority to the profile information having higher priority.
