INTEGRATED CONTROL SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING METALLIC PLATE PRODUCTS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and yield when various kinds of metallic plate products with different urgency are mixed by consistently performing a processing from the generation of a work program to the integrated control of a production line. SOLUTION: The system is provided with an intra-factory production control means 1, an automatic programming means 2 and a progress managing means 3. The intra-factory production control means 1 is provided with a plurality of working machine control means 12 to 15 controlling the working machines 8 to 11 for the respective processes of metallic plate work. The automatic programming means 2 generates nesting and the work program corresponding to the nesting result. The progress managing means 3 generates nesting instruction data and a work schedule based on production plan data of the metallic plate products and gives them to the automatic programming means 2 and the intra-factory production control means 1.
