PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for an air cooling heat exchanger, to reduce a cost and simplify a control system by reducing the number of control bases, and to reduce a running cost. SOLUTION: In a natural gas generating and turbine generating system formed that at least a part of natural gas generated by heating liquefied gas, in order, by a hot air type carburetor 2 and a natural gas heater 3 is used as fuel for a micro gas turbine 1, air cooled by the hot air type carburetor is utilized as intake air of the micro gas turbine 1. Meanwhile, by utilizing the hot heat of the micro gas turbine 1 in the heating thermal source of the natural gas heater 3, an output of the micro gas turbine 1 the thermal efficiency of which is increased is utilized in a consumption power for a satellite base.
