PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet inspecting device capable of accurately identifying an invisible residual magnetic filed. SOLUTION: This permanent magnet inspecting device is constituted of a combination of a linear feeder 31, a rotary index plate 8, a magnetic viewer 1, a camera 5 and a binarization type image analyzing device 2. The rotary index plate 8 is provided with plural holding parts for temporarily holding a material 4 to be measured, and the magnetic viewer 1 is arranged close to the outside of a circumference part of the rotary index plate 8. The material 4 to be measured passes through near the magnetic viewer 1, and the camera 5 is provided on the magnetic viewer 1, and an image of the magnetic viewer 1 picked by the camera 5 is processed by the binarization type image analyzing device 2. The material 4 to be measured is sorted on the basis of a result of the processing. |
