PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene resin composition with excellent transparency and impact resistance, in which impact resistance is hardly lowered by electron beam orγ-ray, and to provide containers and medical appliances made of the resin composition. SOLUTION: The propylene-based resin composition is composed by compounding 0.05-0.5 pts.wt. nucleation agent based on 100 pts. wt. resin mixture consisting of (A) 70-90 wt.% polypropylene, MFR(melt flow rate)=4-50 g/10 min at 230 deg.C; (B) 10-27 wt.% ethylene-6-20Cα-olefin copolymer of which the density is 0.890 to 0.915 g/cm3, MFR=0.5-40 g/10 min at 190 deg.C; and (C) 3-20 wt.% ethyleneα-olefin-(6-20C) copolymer of which the density is 0.865 to less than 0.890 g/cm3, MFR=0.5-40 g/10 min at 190 deg.C. The containers and the medical appliances are manufactured from the resin composition.
