PURPOSE: A device for transmitting a message having a couple code by a wireless transceiving function is provided to simply record a voice or a message to be transmitted to the other party, when two people having one pair of couple devices are near at each other, so as to automatically reproduce the recorded voice or message to transmit the voice or the message to the other party. CONSTITUTION: A signal receiver(11) receives a couple code signal transmitted from the other party of a couple. A couple code analyzer(12) decides whether the signal is a couple code. If so, a memory(13) reproduces a prestored voice message through a speaker. A signal transmitter(14) transmits the couple code signal to the other party after completing a message recording. A signal receiver of the other party receives the couple code signal. A couple code analyzer of the other party decides whether the signal is a couple code. If so, a memory of the other party reproduces a recorded voice message.
