PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably measure gas pressure when measuring a liquid level by measuring the pressure of gas flowing through a pipe while forming bubbles from the pipe inserted into a measuring solution in a container. SOLUTION: Inert gas is pressure-fed from a gas supply device 5 and bubbles 9 are always generated from a tip of the pipe 7. The pressure of gas flowing through pipe 7 is inputted as a first pressure value P1, compared with a second pressure value P2 inputted in the next sampling cycle and comparison-operated, and the lower pressure value is replaced and updated as the first pressure value P1. When specified frequencies of measurement are elapsed, updated first pressure value P1 is used as a pressure value of the corresponding section measure the liquid level.
