PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive cold-insulating cover which can efficiently insulate milk bottles at a low temperature when the bottles are distributed, and moreover the bottles can be frequently taken out of an article storage box with ease. SOLUTION: In the cold-insulating cover 10 which is mounted on a bed of a vehicle to store a plurality of articles storage boxes, the cover 10 is made of heat insulating materials, and a lid 12 on the upper side of the cover 10 can be opened and closed about the edge of the rear side of the cover 10 corresponding to the front side of the vehicle, while the lid 12 is divided into two parts, i.e., a left lid part 12A and a right lid part 12B in the width direction of the cover corresponding to the axial direction of the vehicle, which parts can be independently opened and closed, and a side 11A of the cover 10 facing the rear side of the vehicle can be opened and closed about the lower edge of the side 11A.
