SOLUTION: This position detection control device for detecting the position of a moving terminal is provided with a position detecting terminal provided at a predetermined position in the communication area of a radio base station to be communicated with the moving terminal when communicating, a receiver part for receiving the information about radio waves intensity measured by the direct communication with the moving terminal, and a position detecting unit for detecting position of the moving terminal on the basis of the information about the radio waves intensity received by the receiver unit and the predetermined position of the position detecting terminal.
