PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the working property in the calibration of a chassis dynamometer set in a pit which is performed within the pit having a bad working environment by a worker. SOLUTION: A truck having a lift mechanism part is arranged on the pit. The truck comprises a weight receiver the opposite width of which is gradually increased upward, and a weight is placed on the stepped part of the weight receiver. A calibration arm vertically mounted on the rocking part apex of the dynamometer is connected to the weight through a wire, and a load is applied while regulating the lift mechanism part.
