PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which a display panel is connected wit a driving circuit without using a flexible substrate. SOLUTION: The display device 1 comprises a liquid crystal panel 2 and a circuit board 4 provided with a driving circuit controlling the liquid crystal panel 2. The liquid crystal panel 2 has plural electrode terminal 16, 30 on the back surface (the surface opposite to that facing an observer). The circuit board 4 has plural conductive projections 26, 34 electrically connected with the driving circuit, and these projections 26, 34 are connected with the electrode terminals 16, 30 of the liquid crystal panel 2.
