PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscopic device which can prevent the system down of an imaging unit caused by a power shortage. SOLUTION: A signal output circuit 32 is provided between a control part 22 and a stroboscope control circuit 34. The signal output circuit 32 includes an OR gate 50, and receives a charge stop signal and a motor driving signal from the control part 22. The OR gate 50 outputs the charge stop signal to a stroboscope charging circuit 34b when either of the charge stop signal and the motor driving signal is inputted, and outputs the charge stop signal when a driving instruction is outputted to a motor and when the charge stop signals is outputted from the control part 22.
