PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external wall member prefabricated form method which eliminates entire election of external scaffolding when a building is constructed by repeatedly executing skeleton work and external wall mounting work at every story. SOLUTION: According to the method, on a story A on which construction is executed, work is carried out while a curing frame 110 is set as it is until completion of construction of RC columns 4, and after completion of the construction of the RC columns 4, mounting of the PCa external wall slab 5 is carried out. Then, the other skeleton work such as construction of compound beams 7 and floor slab 8 on a story immediately above the story A currently under construction is carried out inside the PCa external wall slab 5.
