PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scattering surface treatment method by which delamina tion of the aggregate is less and a durable surface treatment layer can be constructed without using a special binder and a paved body having a surface treatment layer obtained thereby. SOLUTION: In the scattering surface treatment method in which one or more processes in which a binder is distributed or applied on a road face and then aggregate is scattered thereon, are applied once or more times to construct a single layer or a plurality of surface treatment layers on the road face, the scattering type surface treatment method having the coating layer including a process in which an artificial asphalt emulsion is scattered on the aggregate layer of the scattered uppermost layer to form a coating layer and a pavement body having a surface treatment layer constructed by such a scattering surface treatment method, are provided to solve the above subject.
