摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose acetate multifilament yarn with heterofineness having glittering gloss, dry touch and soft touch feeling and capable of giving woven/knitted fabrics with glossy portions dispersed uniformly on the surface. SOLUTION: This cellulose acetate multifilament yarn with heterofineness comprises modified cross-section thick filaments with flat surface having a single filament fineness of 7-14 dtex and thin filaments with a single filament fineness at 0.1-0.4 time that of the thick filaments; wherein both the thick filaments and the thin filaments meet the relationship: 0.1<=Da/Db<=0.4 (Da is the total fineness (dtex) of the thick filaments, and Db is the total fineness (dtex) of the thin filaments). The other objective method for producing the cellulose acetate multifilament yarn comprises a dry spinning method for cellulose acetate fibers, specifically the following process: two kinds of filament yarns issued via a spinning nozzle and differing in single filament fineness from each other are subjected to a combining and interlacing treatment between a take up roller and a winder; wherein the filament yarns are characterized by containing 15-25 wt.% of a residual solvent.
