PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal molding die and a metal molding method in which generation of burrs can be prevented, a deburring step can be omitted, waste of raw materials can be suppressed, the cost can be reduced, and the working environment becomes safe and clean. SOLUTION: In dies 1 and 2 for molding a metal by casting a molten metal or a semi-solidified metal, magnetic field applying means 13 and 14 for applying the magnetic field to a space 16 generated parting surfaces 15 at which parts for generating burrs 7 in the dies 1 and 2, e.g. a fixed die and a movable die are brought into contact with each other, a space 26 generated between an outer circumferential surface of an ejector pin 22 and a guide surface 25 are provided.
