PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut or start the discharge of liquids of various kinds such as of an adhesive, a clean solder, a fluorescent body, grease, coating materials, hotmelt, chemicals or foods at a high speed with high precision whether intermittently or continuously without compressing or breaking powder in an industrial process in a field of electronic parts, household electric appliances, or the like. SOLUTION: The flow rate is sharply controlled with a simple structure by rapidly changing the volume of a narrow closed space formed in a discharge passage, using a high speed actuator and utilizing the sharp drop of the pressure.
