PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for loading and unloading, in which goods are completely covered and load falling is not caused and the goods are protected from shock and a waste of resources and generation of environmental pollution can be suppressed by repeatedly using the cover for loading and unloading. SOLUTION: A back fabric 72 of quilting is produced by applying the foamed emulsion of a synthetic rubber latex to one side of a general textile 70 by a known method, heating and crosslinking the foamed emulsion to form a nonslip layer 71. On the other hand, an upper fabric 75 of quilting is produced by applying the foamed emulsion of an acrylic copolymer added with a fine powder of alumina to one side of a similar textile 73, heating and crosslinking the foamed emulsion to form a heat ray reflective layer 74. Quilting 77 is obtained by spreading core cotton 76 between the back fabric 72 and the upper fabric 75. The parts covering the front A, both sides B, C and the rear D of goods are constituted of the broad surface of quilting 77. A cover for loading and unloading is obtained by sewing the part covering the upper face E to the upper edge D' of the part covering the rear D.
