<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film with a hard coat layer, which is suitable for the electrode plate or the like of an analogue type touch panel, hard to generate appearance inferiority by preventing the diffusion of a conductive film base material component into a pressure-sensitive layer at the time of heating and pressure, by providing a base material component diffusion preventing layer 13 to the conductive film base material 12 on the contact side with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2. SOLUTION: A hard coat film 3 wherein hard coat layers 31, 33 are provided on at least one surface of a transparent conductive film base material 32, and a conductive film 1 wherein a transparent conductive film 11 is provided on one surface of the transparent base material 12 and at least one base material component diffusion preventing layer 13 is provided on the other surface of the base material, are bonded and laminated so that the base material component diffusion preventing layer 13 is present on the side of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2.</p> |
