SOLUTION: The circulating type washing sewage cleaning apparatus is constituted so as to clean washing sewage to reuse cleaned water as toilet flowing water. A tank frame body 30 capable of arranging a tank in an up and down direction is provided in a transportable house and a first aeration tank 11 for aerobically treating washing sewage is provided an upper stage and a second aeration tank 12 for applying aeration treatment to the treated water overflowing from the first aeration tank is provided to a lower stage and a vertically long filter tank 13 for removing impurities of the treated water of the second aeration tank is provided on the lateral side of the tank frame body and a treated water storage tank 14 for storing treated water from the filter tank 13 as toilet flowing water is arranged to the middle stage of the tank frame body 30. Not only the washing of a temporary toilet but also that of a toilet in an area having no sewerage can be simply performed.
