PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of water in which incineration ash containing dioxins is dispersed capable of outstandingly reducing an amount of the dioxins in water by adding a humin solution, i.e., a natural compound into water in which the burned ash containing the dioxins is dispersed to efficiently aggregate and precipitate the burned ash and separating the thus precipitated incineration ash from water. SOLUTION: In the processing method of water in which the incineration ash containing the dioxins is dispersed, since an amount of the dioxins in water is reduced by adding the humin solution to water in which the incineration ash containing the dioxins is dispersed to aggregate and precipitate the incineration ash and removing the thus precipitated burned ash from water, almost all of the dioxins can be removed from water only by a simple operation that the humin solution is added to water in which the incineration ash is dispersed.
