PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core material for bedding which prevents warpage. SOLUTION: The front surface of a base material 3 consisting of a synthetic resin foam is provided with many projections 2 having a cushion effect and finger pressure effect apart suitable intervals and the rear surface is provided with rear surface projections 9 constituted to have the same cushion effort and to support pipe-shaped warpage preventive members 8 from their flanks. Through-holes 1 are disposed for ventilation purpose between the projections 2 disposed at the base material 3. The pipe-shaped warpage preventive members 8 disposed between the rear surface projections 9 are bundled and joined to the base material 3 by cord-like materials 5 penetrated through the through-holes 7 for the cord-like materials.
