PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal bond drilling tool having a long life and high grinding performance, capable of drilling operation in dry system without water, by strongly retaining abrasive-grains with a metal bond. SOLUTION: This metal bond drilling tool 30 comprises a cylindrical body 32 having an open end, a shank portion 34 formed integrally with the cylindrical body 32 and having a threaded hole to be mounted on a rotating tool 2, and abrasive-grains 40 bonded on inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the open end at a leading end edge of the cylindrical body 32, by a bond material consisting mainly of Cu-based alloy. |
