PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set reclining device of a vehicule building a means for regulating an operating angle of a backrest in a lock mechanism. SOLUTION: A stopper means 80 is arranged on an outer peripheral surface of a cover body 60, a stopper loosely fitting means 90 loosely fitted with this stopper means 80 is arranged on the inner peripheral surface side of a machine frame 10, and the cover body 60, that is, the operation angle of the seat back 160 can be regulated by properly setting a cover body rotational directional widthαof the stopper loosely fitting means 90.
