PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein in a device that a movable section 1 and a fixed body section 2 hold their relative positions by a fixing screw penetrating them, a user has to detach the screw by using a tool or the like at each time when the fixing of them is released. SOLUTION: A lock mechanism is so constituted that a fixing member having a notch is attached to one of the movable section and the fixed body section and a fitting section to be inserted into the notch is attached to the other. The fixing member can displace between a lock position and an unlock position in an extending direction of the notch. When the movable section is housed in the body, the fixing member is moved to the lock position and then the fitting position is advanced into the notch so as to lock the movable section with the fixed body. When the fixing member is moved to the unlock position, the fitting section escapes from the notch and then the movable section is unlocked from the fixed body.
