PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide selectability for one of the panel exterior surfaces constituting the exterior part of an electronic apparatus by rotating the exterior panel, suppress the size of the apparatus where the exterior panel is installed, and also suppress complication of the structure. SOLUTION: If a cam gear 44 is turned clockwise by the torque transmitted from a drive motor 48 in the condition that a front panel 20 is in the first rotating position and the rotating shaft 36 lies at the upper dead point, a panel reversing mechanism 10 turns the front panel 20 clockwise round the axis R1 with the torque transmitted from a cam gear 20, and interlocking with it, the rotating shaft 36 of the front panel 20 is moved downward by a plate lever 32 where a follower link pin 74 is slidably inserted in a cam groove 66 formed around the axis R2 of the cam gear 44. Thereby the exterior to constitute the exterior part of the apparatus can be changed from an operation/display surface 22 into a camouflage surface 24.
