PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To divide the inside of a pillow body, to house filler materials into the plural divided pouches thereof and to make the filler materials housed into the divided pouches on the neck side of the head of a lying person and the filler materials housed in the divided pouches exclusive thereof different. SOLUTION: Between front cloth 2 and rear cloth 3 of the pillow body 1 is divided to front divided layers 5 and rear divided layers 6 by partition cloth 4 and the front divided layers 5 are divided to four rows of the divided pouches 8, etc., by front seaming lines 7; the wadding filler materials 12 which are soft and elastic are housed and packed into the rear divided layers 6 and the granular core solid filler materials 12 are housed and packed into the divided pouches 8, etc., and nothing is housed and packed into the lower divided pouches 8a; the abutment state of the pillar coming into contact with the neck of the person and the abutment state of the pillar coming into contact with the back of the head of the person are made different and the pillow is provided with comfortability in correspondence to the difference between the neck and the back of the head of the person.
