PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposer wherein garbage is uniformly heated to a temperature at which the effective microorganisms are not killed, and the rotation of garbage agitating teeth and the quantity of air that discharges the deodorized water are effectively controlled according to the water contents of the garbage. SOLUTION: This disposer comprises a garbage disposal tank 1 comprising an open-top hot-water-containing structure garbage-holding case 2 bottomed with a plate 5 comprising at least one concave arc cross-section long material and provided with a hot-water heating controller A and a seal cover that covers the top open side; a garbage agitator 12 with teeth 15 fitted to the bottom of the tank 1 in the peripheral helical direction of the rotary shaft 14; and an oxidation-reduction potential water content controller B that controls the rotation of the shaft 14 and the quantity of air blown into the pipe 17 for sending air for discharging the deodorized water according to the water content detected by a detector 16 buried in garbage 4.
