PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diamond die capable of obtaining a die of shape which does not curl easily by improving the quality of wiring materials at the time of wiredrawing a wire with 50μm or less, and whose bearing is not easily lacking because the aperture is lightly worked and whose breaking of wire does not readily occur. SOLUTION: The diamond die whose inner diameter D of the bearing using a single crystal diamond is 50μm or less, whose exit is composed of a recessed and curved surface, whose reduction angle is 10 degrees or more and 16 degrees or less, bearing length is 0.2D or more and 1.0D or less, back relief length is 0.2D or more and 0.7D or less, and back relief angle is 10 degrees or more and 20 degrees or less.
