PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the recycling cost of a material by integrally treating a carpet mat, which is constituted of a plurality of layers, that is, a layer using a thermoplastic resin as a raw material and a layer using a rubber as a raw material without separating both layers. SOLUTION: The carpet mat is constituted of a carpet layer manufactured from thermoplastic resin fibers, a base cloth layer manufactured from thermoplastic resin fibers, a first backing material manufactured from a rubber to prevent the loss of hair, and a substrate material layer manufactured from a thermoplastic resin. The mat is integrally ground into a particle size of 5 mm or less without separating the respective layers, 30 pts.wt. of an EP rubber of a softening agent, 5 pts.wt. of paraffinic oil, and 0.5 pts.wt. of di-(O- benzamidophenyl) sulfide of a mastication accelerator, are added to 100 pts.wt of the ground matter to be kneaded therewith at 200 deg.C in a Banbury mixer, and the kneaded mixture is molded into a sheet.
|
