PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the clogging of hollow fiber membranes to be used for the solid-liquid separation, make the maintenance work, such as washing or replacement of the membranes, easy and lower the maintenance cost by reliably removing body hair and body hair-like substances contained in wastewater without using a polymer flocculant in a livestock wastewater treatment system. SOLUTION: The livestock wastewater treatment system (A) comprises a raw water tank (1), a screen (2), a flow rate adjustment tank (3), a stirring tank (4), a primary sedimentation tank (5), an aeration tank (6), a hollow fiber membrane separation apparatus (7), a flow rate control apparatus (8), a pH control apparatus (9), a sludge storage tank (10), and a filter press (11). The stirring tank (4) and the primary sedimentation tank (5) are combined in a unit tank (U). A plurality of inclining plates (55) are installed in parallel in an upper side of the primary sedimentation tank (5). The inclining plates (55) are so installed at proper intervals as to hook the body hair and the body hair-like substances.
