PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiautomatic overhung door system with a smoke detector and to be automatically closed when a fire breaks out, in which an overhung door is surely closed by operating an unlocking device by detecting smoke and the unlocking device is detachably fitted and which can be easily reset without detaching a check panel or door storage case. SOLUTION: An unlocking device 8 is provided with a latch 15 to be latches on a latch part 12 disposed on a door head side hanging wheel 9 of an overhung door 1, the latch part 12, which is latched, is unlocked by backward moving the latch 15 while being linked with the rod of a solenoid to be operated by receiving the signal of a smoke detector, and the unlocking device 8 is provided with an oscillation lever 19 and can be reset by pulling the top end with a pole.
