PURPOSE: An FRP roller is provided to manufacture an aluminum thin film making surface layer of the FRP roller thick and light increasing life time of the FRP roller. CONSTITUTION: An FRP roller is provided having protrusion of wave shape and groove. Firstly, an aluminum mold(1) is manufactured, and an outer mold is formed. The aluminum mold is inserted to the inside of the outer mold. A silicon(3) is inserted in the space between the outer mold and the aluminum mold. The silicon is cured. Then, the aluminum mold is separated from the outer mold. The outer mold embedded with silicon is installed in forming FRP roller to cure liquid FRP in the mold by centrifugal force. A met FRP having a met is formed in the liquid FRP. The met FRP is cured. The FRP is detached from the outer mold. Side plates are fixed in both sides of the FRP roller.
