<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectroscopic analyzer having improved measuring accuracy. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a projection means 1 for irradiating a specimen M with light, a photodetecting means 2 which detects light as transmission light spectrally analyzed from a specimen M to obtain a spectroscopic spectrum data and a control means 3 for controlling the operation of the respective parts. The control means 3 irradiates a reference body 22 having specified absorbancy characteristics with light from the projection means 1 and determines a target quantity of irradiation to ensure that the irradiation of light by the projection means 1 makes a reference spectroscopic data obtained from the light passing through the reference body 22 meet a preset proper requirement. Thus, the specimen M is irradiated with light by the target quantity of irradiation from the projection means to analyze the internal quantity of the specimen M based on the measured spectroscopic spectrum data and the reference spectroscopic spectrum data.</p> |
