PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device, capable of solving the problem of difficulty of electrical connections between a semiconductor pellet and each lead in a semiconductor device, having a low-on resistance, in which main current is permitted to flow separately through a plurality of leads. SOLUTION: The respective ends of the plurality of leads 15a-15c, which are electrically bridged via a bridge part 15d, are connected to a main electrode 12a on the semiconductor pellet 12 via a conductive strip 17. |
