PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronization holding circuit, which can prevent the occurrence of a case by performing AGC(automatic gain control) during the course of spread spectrum communication, where synchronization is wrongly detected as being step out by wrongly detecting a correlative peak position. SOLUTION: The synchronization holding circuit is constituted to not discriminate synchronization as being a step out, but maintain the synchronization, even when a synchronization capture inhibiting signal exists, even when the correlative peak position is detected at a position which is different from the preceding position ('No' in S116) by outputting the synchronization capture inhibiting signal, when the receiving level of received signals severely fluctuates and the fluctuation of the controlled variable of AGC exceeds a certain prescribed threshold (S118 and S120). |
