<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for detecting abnormal states of the owner of a portable terminal and reporting it. SOLUTION: An activity range database 120 registers the allowable area, where the location of the owner of the portable terminal is permitted. The positional information gaining part 104 of an emergency notification device 20 gains the present position information of the owner of the portable terminal, and a judgment part 106 judges whether the present position information is within the allowable range registered in the activity range database 120. When the present position of the owner is judged as being out of the allowable range, a confirmation part 108 transmits a report confirmation signal to the portable terminal to confirm whether the response to the confirmation signal from the owner is received, and a report part 110 reports that the owner is in an abnormal state, if no response is received.</p> |
