PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which has a high heat collecting efficiency in a heat collecting passage to improve the adsorption efficiency of a humidifier rotor. SOLUTION: A humidifier 1 is housed in an outdoor unit 10. Outside air bypassing a machinery chamber 11 of the outdoor unit 10 is directly sucked through a section hole 29 at the upstream of a humidifier rotor 2 in a heat collecting passage 5. The directly sucked outside air flows in the collecting passage 5 and passes through the humidifier rotor 2 to preheat the air. The preheated air is heated by a heater 6 and flows in a humidifying passage 4 to pass through the humidifier rotor 2.
