PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surveying draft generating system that simplifies contents of an information collected at a surveying site so as to save working time at the surveying site. SOLUTION: A surveying point at the surveying site is measured using a measuring device, and a result measured by the measuring device is stored in an electronic site notebook, and at a working site differing from the surveying site the measured data stored in the electronic site notebook is read so as to generate the surveying draft in the system for generating surveying draft such as a topographic map and the like. The measured data includes a land category attribute information classifying structures at each surveying point, a site information indicating a position of coordinate data or the like, and a connection information judging whether a connection to the next surveying point should be performed or not. A diagram relating to the structure is generated from the site information and the connection information, and the land category attribute information is displayed on the diagram in the system for generating surveying draft such as the topographic map and the like.
