PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical analysis method in which the spectral character istic of colliding light is attenuated to a detectable level by a thin film phenome non by improving a device which detects the presence/absence of an object to be analyzed in a sample or the quantity of the object, and to provide a related apparatus/instrument. SOLUTION: The object to be analyzed contained in the sample is detected through the spectral change of the light which comes into collision with the surface of the object before and after the object is bonded to a bonding layer on the substrate of a thin film device by using the thin film device.
