摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment fixing method of coloring material for a three- dimensional structure which can prevent deterioration in coloring material fixing and life caused by an impurity mixed with a phosphor coloring material because the use of an organic solvent is required as a binder in order to fix a powder form phosphor coloring matter substance into each cell of a back substrate, for instance, of a plasma display panel in a conventional manner. SOLUTION: In this structure, a numerous cells 5 are formed on a back substrate 1 of a plasma display panel by setting barrier ribs 2 as shown in Fig. 1 (a), and a prescribed powder form phosphor coloring matter is put into a specific sell 5. Then, the phosphor coloring matter in a cell 5, by a laser emitted from a laser source 7 is irradiated and the irradiation direction is changed by adjusting an angle of a mirror 9 with a driving means 12. The phosphor coloring material in powder form in the cell 5 is moved toward the inner surface of walls by the optical tweezer effect due to optical diffraction effect, and is fixed on the wall heated by laser beams. This coloring material fixing method can be applied widely in addition to the above example.
