PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LSI device and an electronic apparatus which can reduce power consumption in power saving mode and also can stabilize the device operation. SOLUTION: In a power saving mode, one or more output terminals are kept in high impedance, so the output current of the above output terminals in the power saving mode can be suppressed, and power consumption in the power saving mode can be reduced. |
